High ceilings and open floor plan put this in a league of newer, solid construction with "big home" feel. If you can look past the decor and carpeting, some minor upgrades would make this home up to par with homes I've seen priced closer to the $1 million range.

Incline Lowest Price- Pinebrook, Tanager Dr. from $152,000
Did you know you could buy a one bedroom condo in Incline Village in the $150,000 range? Our office has recently closed two of these units, which are in a surprisingly quiet, comfortable neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many are tenant occupied with good rental history, and most have a price cap based on a median income multiplier for Washoe Valley. However, several unit owners have removed this stipulation from the deed, and can sell their units for any price they want. Many units are nicely updated- consider this a great buy for a weekend retreat, a rental opportunity, or to enjoy all the privileges that come with Incline residency- at a bargain price!

Centrally Located- Woodstock and All Seasons, Alder Ave. from $270,000
There are some great buys in these two neighboring low elevation complexes in the heart of Incline Village.
