-Pricing for active direct lakefront homes, typically with 80′ frontage or more, ranges from $10.4 to $23.9 Million, with sales prices from $10.7 to $25.3 Million for the period.

At this rate, an average of under one listing has sold every 2 months in this range so it may take 1.5 years for the total current inventory to sell. Higher pricing in this range is reflective of larger, direct lakefront estates with amenities like sandy beach and pier. Pricing for shared lakefront homes reflects quality and size of the home and proximity to the lake/lake views.
